WHY I CREATED THE TONED PROGRAM

Or, are you curious about how you should correctly train your legs, stomach and arms so you get that toned look?It was 4 years ago where I met a girl for a consult and in that meeting, she asked If I could help her reduce the size of her quads and shape her glutes.
